Ingredients

  • 1 package Golden Oreos (36 cookies)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (16-ounce) container Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 packages (3.4 ounce each) instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 ½ cups sliced strawberries

Directions

  1. Crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread over the cookie crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mixes and milk until thick. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the pudding layer.
  5. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the strawberries.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Cook Notes

  • Ensure the pudding mixture is well set before adding the strawberries to prevent them from sinking.
  • For a firmer base, chill the crust for about 10 minutes before adding the filling.
