Ingredients
- 1 package Golden Oreos (36 cookies)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (16-ounce) container Cool Whip, divided
- 2 packages (3.4 ounce each) instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 3 ½ cups sliced strawberries
Directions
- Crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread over the cookie crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mixes and milk until thick. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the pudding layer.
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Cook Notes
- Ensure the pudding mixture is well set before adding the strawberries to prevent them from sinking.
- For a firmer base, chill the crust for about 10 minutes before adding the filling.
