Ingredients
Cake:

- 3 large eggs

Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- Remaining pineapple and pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- Whipped cream, optional, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix Cake Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, eggs, and melted butter. Beat until well blended. Stir in the crushed pineapple, coconut, and chopped pecans.
