Ingredients
- Shortbread Layer:
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour,
- ¾ cup light brown sugar,
- ½ cup butter,
- ½ cup finely chopped pecans.
- Cheesecake Layer:
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese,
- ½ cup sugar,
- ½ cup milk,
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
- Pecan Pie Layer:
- ¾ cup brown sugar,
- ½ cup light corn syrup,
- ⅓ cup melted butter,
- 3 large eggs,
- ¼ teaspoon salt,
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract,
- 1½ cups pecans.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, and butter for the shortbread layer. Press into the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla for the cheesecake layer. Spread over the baked shortbread.
- Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, eggs, salt, and vanilla for the pecan pie layer. Stir in pecans and pour over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then chill before cutting into squares.
