Ingredients
– 1 lb peaches
– 2 cups heavy whipping cream
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
– 3 graham crackers, crumbled
Kitchen Gadgets:
– Hand mixer
– Small pot
– Medium bowl
– Large bowl
– Bread baking dish
Directions
- Begin by peeling and chopping the peaches. Combine them with a splash of water and sugar in a small pot. Simmer over medium heat until the peaches are soft and the mixture has thickened. Let it cool.
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Stir in the cooled peach mixture, leaving a few spoonfuls aside for topping.
- Crumble the graham crackers and set aside.
- Take your cones and fill them with the cheesecake mixture, layering in some graham cracker crumbles as you go for added texture.
- Once filled, top each cone with a spoonful of the reserved peach mixture and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbles.
- Chill the cones in the bread baking dish in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set before serving.
Cook Notes
Using a piping bag can make filling the cones easier and cleaner, especially if you’re aiming for a neat presentation.
