  • Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

– 1 lb peaches

– 2 cups heavy whipping cream

– 1/4 cup sugar

– 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

– 2 tsp vanilla extract

– 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

– 3 graham crackers, crumbled

Kitchen Gadgets:

– Hand mixer

– Small pot

– Medium bowl

– Large bowl

– Bread baking dish

Directions

  1. Begin by peeling and chopping the peaches. Combine them with a splash of water and sugar in a small pot. Simmer over medium heat until the peaches are soft and the mixture has thickened. Let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Stir in the cooled peach mixture, leaving a few spoonfuls aside for topping.
  4. Crumble the graham crackers and set aside.
  5. Take your cones and fill them with the cheesecake mixture, layering in some graham cracker crumbles as you go for added texture.
  6. Once filled, top each cone with a spoonful of the reserved peach mixture and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbles.
  7. Chill the cones in the bread baking dish in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set before serving.

Cook Notes

Using a piping bag can make filling the cones easier and cleaner, especially if you’re aiming for a neat presentation.

Variations

  • Berry Cheesecake Cones: Substitute peaches with a mix of summer berries for a different fruit flavor.
  • Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cones: Mix mini chocolate chips into the cheesecake filling for a chocolatey twist.

Keto Version

For a keto-friendly version, substitute sugar with a keto-approved sweetener, use a low-carb condensed milk alternative, and replace graham crackers with a mixture of almond flour and butter for the crumble.

Low-Carb Version

Similar to the keto version, opt for low-carb sweeteners and avoid the graham cracker layer or find a suitable low-carb alternative.
