Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 8-ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
  • ½ to 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the lemon cake mix, beaten egg, and Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Form the dough into small balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
  4. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  5. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
