Ingredients:
- °1/2 cup cocoa
- °3/4 cup flour
- °1/4 tsp. salt
- °3/4 cup softened unsalted butter
- °1 3/4 cup sugar
- °3 eggs
- °2 teaspoons of vanilla
- °4 ounces 72% cocoa chocolate, melted and cooled
- °1 cup quality chocolate chunks
- °1 c coarsely chopped pecans
Methods:
- Set aside the cocoa, flour, and salt mixture.
- Combine the sugar and butter in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix thoroughly.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until foamy.
- Combine the flour mixture, melted chocolate, chocolate chunks, and pecans in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F in a buttered 8 x 11 Pyrex baking dish.
