Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage (Tennessee Pride or your preferred brand)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage with the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Separate the biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Flatten each piece slightly and press into the cups of the mini muffin pan, forming a small well.
- Spoon the sausage and cheese mixture into each biscuit cup.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
