Chocolate crepe

For the pancakes:
• 3 eggs
• 10 g (2 teaspoons) sugar
• 2 g (1/2 teaspoon) salt
• 12 ml (1 tablespoon) oil
• 250 ml (1 cup) milk

125 g (1 cup) flour
• For filling and decoration:
• Chocolate
• Hazelnut cream


In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar and salt. Beat in mixer.
Add the milk, oil and sifted flour and mix with the planetary mixer. Leave to rest for 30 minutes
Roast on a baking sheet greased on both sides with oil. Halve the pancake, put the chocolate inside and roll up.
Garnish with hazelnut cream
