Cream cheese pound cake is my family’s favorite :-)…my husband said “cream cheese pound cake + coffee is so good”, my daughter said ” no …dad its good with a milk…yummy” but I like my cream cheese pound cake with a hot tea 🙂
-This is hands down the best cream cheese pound cake I’ve made. Next time I will do two smaller cakes and adjust the time because it nearly bubbled over my bundt pan. It was fine because it caused those awesome crispy edges from heaven! Everyone at work just raved and have asked when I’m bringing another. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe! It’s a keeper!!! ❤
-I bake all the time and this recipe looked easy enough. The problem is that the printed version says to bake it for 50 min. I did not notice that note on top that said 1 hour 10 min. baking time. I took it out of the oven after 1 hour and it was very tall and when I checked it with a toothpick, the pick came out clean. I let it set in the bunt pan for a few minutes and it was sinking before my eyes.The consistency is not right but it taste OK. I am very upset. This was not cheap to make. The whole cake was nice and brown. What did I do wrong?
