Ingredients:

  • 3 crushed ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can of yellow cake mix
  • Nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and yellow cake mix to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
  4. If desired, fold in nuts of your choice.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the banana bread to cool before slicing and serving.
