Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled potatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 cup milk
- Chopped veggies as preferred

- 1 cup wheat flour
- Oil for frying
Directions
- In a large bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
- Season the mashed potatoes with salt, black pepper, and red chili powder.
- Stir in the chopped vegetables of your choice.
- Add the baking powder and wheat flour to the mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the milk to the mixture to form a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Spoon the batter into the pan, forming small, flat cakes.
- Fry each side for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the consistency of the batter with more or less milk as needed. It should be thick enough to hold its shape in the pan.
