°2 pounds hot breakfast sausage
°1 bag (30-32 ounces) frozen tater tots
°1 teaspoon salt
°1/2 teaspoon pepper
°1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/4 teaspoon onion powder
°1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
°1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
°2 cups of milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.In a large skillet, cook the sausage until the pink color is gone. Fat drain.
In a large bowl, mix together meat, cooked sausage, and cheese.
Pour into a lightly greased 9″ x 13″ skillet.Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk together. Pour the mixture over the mixture.
