Ingredients
- 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs, beaten

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine self-rising flour, sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
- Add in the vegetable oil, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in the finely chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
