Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. strawberries
  • 2 sleeves graham crackers
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant cheesecake flavored pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping, divided

Directions:

  1. Wash and slice strawberries.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  4. Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish, followed by a portion of the cream cheese mixture and strawberries. Repeat layers.
  6. Finish with a layer of whipped topping.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
