Ingredients:
- 2 lb. strawberries
- 2 sleeves graham crackers
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant cheesecake flavored pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping, divided
Directions:
- Wash and slice strawberries.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish, followed by a portion of the cream cheese mixture and strawberries. Repeat layers.
- Finish with a layer of whipped topping.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
