Rotel Sausage & Cream Cheese Crescents Rolls

Ingredients:

°1 roll 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
°1 cream cheese (8 oz) , softened
°1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles very well drained
°2 cans (8 oz) chilled croissants

Methods :

  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes and green peppers.
  • Separate the rolls into triangles. Cut the triangle in half lengthwise to form two triangles. Using a small cookie scoop, spoon sausage filling onto each roll and roll up.
  • Baking for 15 min
  • Enjoy !
