Ingredients
For Dough
- 2 cup all purpose
- 1 tbs salt
- 2 tbs oil
- water as needed
For Fillings
- 2 tbs oil1 cup chopped onions
- 2-3 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 500g minced meat
- 1/2 tbs red chilli powder
- 1 tbs black pepper
- salt as per taste
- 1 cup chopped tomato paste

Directions
Step 1
Add all purpose, salt, oil and knead it. Add water as needed
Step 2
keep the dough aside
Step 3
In a saucepan add 2 tbs oil then add 1 cup chopped onions and sauté for 5-6 minutes
Step 4
add 2-3 tbs ginger garlic paste then sauté 2-3 minutes
Step 5
add 500g minced meat and cook for 10 minutes
Step 6
Add 1/2 tbs red chilli powder, 1 tbs black pepper and salt as per taste mix it and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add 1 cup chopped tomato paste mix it and cook for few minutes then turn off the flame and keep it aside
Step 7
spread flour on the table and then roll the dough out like tortilla shape
Step 8
brush the pan with butter then place the dough then brush it repeat this step for 4-5 times
Step 9
add the filling then add cheese then again 4-5 sheets and place them
Step 10
cut in into square shape then pour the egg (2 eggs+ hot milk) then add cheese
Step 11
Bake it for 35-40 minutes on 180°
