3 lb Ground beef

3-5 potatoes

1 sm bag pasta shells aka concha shells

1/4 chopped onion

Minced garlic


Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

1 cup chicken stock

Knorr Tomato Buillon

2 sm can tomato sauce


Brown the ground beef, add chopped onions and minced garlic, seasoning to your taste

Once meat is done, drain, add potatoes (peeled & cut in small cubes), add pasta, add stock and about 2-3 cups water to cover; also add Knorr about 1 tbsp. & tomato sauce..I add a bit more of the seasonings at this point, to your taste.. bring to boil then cook on low until potatoes are tender. You may also choose to add sliced jalapeno or serrano peppers to add that kick!

Serve w warm corn tortillas…Enjoy!
