This is too good NOT to eat everyday!
This is phenomena! In effort to make it a little healthier, I sub in the brown sugar that is half brown sugar and half Splenda. This is really nice to give as a gift in a little Tupperware container. It’s so good that, as someone else commented, you don’t have to worry about storing for long. In fact, I give my friends the heads up when I’m making it for them so they can plan to make pancakes the next morning for breakfast to go with it LOL ! Thank you so much for this recipe!!! My wonderful Grandma used to love pecans. I’m sure she’s smiling down from Heaven whenever I make this ~

-I had it on sweet potato pancakes tonight. I just made 1/4 the recipe just to test it…I prob will lower the brown sugar next batch
