No Bake Reeses Krispy Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 1/3 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter cups
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Melt sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies, stirring to combine.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips, then gently fold in Reese’s cups.
  4. Drop rounded teaspoons of the mixture onto a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.

Cook Notes: Use a cookie scoop for uniformly sized cookies.

Variations:

  • Swap Reese’s cups for other chocolate candies.
  • Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture.
