Directions

  2. Press into Pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Make the Chocolate Layer: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Pour Over Base: Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
