Ingredients
- Pastry:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
- ⅓ cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in water and vanilla extract, bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour all at once. Stir until dough comes together and forms a ball.
- Let dough cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time, until dough is smooth and shiny.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them for puffing.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- While puffs cool, prepare the filling. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, pudding mix, and milk until thickened.
- Once puffs are cool, cut them in half and fill with whipped cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
