- 1 (16 oz) package egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pinch garlic powder (Optional)
- 2 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- ½ c milk, plus more to taste
- 1 (11 oz) can diced carrots
Step 1: Place a large pot on the stove with water. Turn the heat to high and allow the water to boil.
Step 2: Add the egg noodles and cook until al dente.
Step 3: Drain the noodles and place them into a large baking dish.
Step 4: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 5: Add the ground beef, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook until crumbly and brown.
Step 6: Add the cream cheese, cream of mushroom, and milk. Stir and cook until well mixed for 6 minutes.
Step 7: Add the mixture on top of the noodles as well as the carrots. Toss until well mixed.
Step 8: Serve hot and enjoy!
