Mexican Pinwheels

This is a great appetizer to bring to a party because the hostess does not have to worry about baking or heating it. Besides, they taste really good.
-Leanne,
I made these for a ladies tea last Tuesday and slipped in a small jar of chopped pimentos to get some red. (Drain them well) Otherwise, the recipe remained the same. The green jalapenos provided a great flavor mixed with the pimentos. They looked quite festive and everyone must have liked them – I had no leftovers.
-I’ve made these for a cpl of different occasions in the last cpl of yrs & they’re always a hit! Thinking of making for our family XMas day, want to do a mix of the red & green but I can’t find the red pickled jalapeno’s  Any suggestions where to look for west coast stores?
-I made these for my work’s “munchie day” my friend. And using your idea, I just added different ingredients, but the outcome was amazing!! My coworkers finished them before I could bring the tongues out, and can I say the compliments I received were surreal!! Thank you so much for the recipe and inspiration my dear friend!! ♥
-These are chilling in my fridge awaiting the football game to watch the Seattle Seahawks take the San Francisco 49ers to school AGAIN !!
