Lemon Garlic Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (5 to 6 oz each)
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting the shell and lifting the meat to sit above the shell.
  3. In a small bowl, combine parsley, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  4. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush each tail with the lemon garlic mixture and dot with pieces of butter.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned.
  6. Garnish with additional parsley and serve immediately.

  • Adjust the amount of garlic and lemon to your taste.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
