Homemade mexican Tinga

Ingredients:

2 big chicken breasts

Can of chipotle peppers in Adobe sauce

2 big onions

2 garlic cloves

2 avocados

5 small tomatoes

Cojita cheese

Sour cream

Pack of tostadas

Valentina sauce

Directions:

I’ll start with the chicken, boil it with half an onion for about 25 minutes.

In the blender I put the tomatoes, garlic, about 2 chipotle peppers w Adobe sauce, salt, black pepper and a little bit of the chicken broth.

In a frying pan I cut the onions and cook them until they’re transparent. They take about 10 minutes. Once the onions are ready I pour the salsa in the pan and then hand shred the chicken and put it in there as well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

On the tostadas I put sour cream, tinga, cojita cheese, Valentina and avocado!
