Ingredients:

  • 2 red potatoes per person
  • 1.5 pounds 85% lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice red potatoes and place them in a pie pan or on a large piece of foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and chopped onions. Divide into 6 one-inch thick patties.
  3. Place a meat patty on the sliced potatoes in each pie pan or on individual foil pieces.
  4. Seal each packet tightly and cook on a grill or in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the patties are cooked through.
