This pizza is not only cooked on the grill, the meat & veggies are also grilled. The ROASTED TOMATILLO SALSA is Juliann Esquivel’s recipe
-Thank you! If your doing this inside, the only thing you need to cook before baking is the steak. Just slice it thinly and cook in a skillet, or cook it whole then slice. Then you can add the fresh veggies because they will cook enough during baking time. I usually bake at 425° for about 25 min. Everyone bakes pizza at different times and temps, but this is the way I do mine. Just leave the cilantro, if using some, for a garnish after it’s baked. Hope you try it, if you do let me know what you think.
-Well I couldn’t do it now either, had I have this dream a decade ago, maybe so, but could never afford it now or then, so I’m just dreaming a dream, lol.
-Lynn when I lived in Panama City Beach I thought about having a food truck to go to all the construction sites. It would’ve made a killing i’m sure. I couldn’t do it now because of being to sick but you let me know if you try it. You would be fabulous at it.
