Ingredients
- 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
- ¾ cup Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade
- ¾ cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Directions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce, and stir to combine.
- Serve hot over rice or with your choice of sides.
Cook Notes
- If the sauce is too thin after cooking, remove the lid and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes to reduce.
- For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes to the sauce.
