Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Package taco seasoning
  • 4 Cheddar cheese sticks, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 Refrigerated pizza crust
  • Flour for dusting the work surface
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • Garlic powder, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to the package’s instructions. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Prepare the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza crust into a rectangle. Cut into 8 equal strips.
  4. Assemble: Place a spoonful of the taco-seasoned beef onto each strip of dough. Place a half cheese stick on top of the beef. Fold the dough over the filling, pressing to seal. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Serve: Enjoy hot, with dipping sauces if desired.

Adjust the amount of taco seasoning to taste. For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños to the beef mixture.
