  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 cup water


  1. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot and arrange the eggs on top.
  2. Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot.
  3. Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  4. Allow for a natural release for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Release the steam, then transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 45 minutes before peeling.
  6. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a bowl.
  7. Mash the yolks and mix in the diced onion and bacon.
  8. Add mayo, yellow mustard, salt, pepper, cayenne, smoked paprika, and vinegar. Combine well.
  9. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  10. Garnish with dried parsley or chives.
  11. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
