Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 oz packet taco seasoning
  • 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 4 cups potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth

Directions

  1. Brown the ground beef with minced garlic in a skillet. Drain and add taco seasoning.
  2. In the crockpot, layer half the potatoes, seasoned beef, cheese soup, and half the shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. Pour beef broth over the layers.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours until potatoes are tender.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover until melted.
