100 g all-purpose flour
250 ml of milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
20 g. melted butter
Nutella or chocolate and hazelnut cream to taste
1. We begin the preparation of our crepes with nutella, for this, in a container we add the egg, the salt, the sugar and with the help of some rods, we beat until we see that the salt and sugar have been integrated correctly, then we add 100 ml. of the 250 ml. of the milk and mix.
2. Add the flour and mix until well integrated, then add the rest of the milk and continue mixing, finally add the melted butter, integrate and let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.
3. We put a frying pan over low heat, spread a little butter and add a little of our mixture (half a soup ladle for a pan size like the one shown in the video) we give the pan circular movements As I show you in the video, so that the dough covers the entire base, let it cook for 1 minute and a half or until you see that the upper part of the crepe is no longer liquid, we turn it over and cook for 1 more minute (we repeat this process until all the dough for the crepes is used up).
4. Serve on a plate, fill half of the crepe with Nutella, fold and fill a quarter with more chocolate cream, fold again as I show you in the video and enjoy these delicious crepes!
