Cranberry Waldorf Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar, to taste
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat.
  2. Cover bowl and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
