Crab Boil Platter with extra corn




When I’m looking to enjoy some fresh seafood, I often end up making this delicious CRAB BOIL PLATTER. It’s super easy and quick to make.

INGREDIENTS:

➢ 1 bag shrimp or crab boil.
➢ 2 pounds spicy, smoky link sausage.
➢ 4 pounds large unpeeled shrimp.
➢ 3 halved lemons.
➢ 3 pound small potatoes.
➢ 3 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning.
➢ 4 corn, cut it to 3-inch pieces.
➢ 2 tablespoons parsley.
➢ Mayonnaise.
➢ Cocktail sauce.

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1_ In a large pot bring 4 cups of water to boiling, add shrimp, and crab boil on a low-medium heat for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and simmer for 10 minutes, until nearly tender.
STEP 2_ Add corn, sausage, and shrimp, and simmer for 7 minutes.
STEP 3 _ Place this cooked mixture in a large platter, add lemon, and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of parsley.
STEP 4 _ Serve it for 6 persons with Mayonnaise and Cocktail Sauce.
