Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (8-ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • ¾ cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, minced onion, water, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into bite-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat until well combined and heated through.
  5. Pour a portion of the sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are well-coated.
  6. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until they are cooked through.
  7. Serve the meatballs with toothpicks, and drizzle the remaining sauce over them.
