  • 1 ½ cups white rice (uncooked)

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken tenders, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and no longer pink in the center. Remove chicken and set aside.
