  2. Add the sausage to the skillet and saute until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Saute the chicken pieces with 1 Tbsp of cajun seasoning until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Saute the onions and peppers until softened.
  5. Stir in garlic and reserved cooking liquid. Saute for 30 seconds.
  6. Mix in heavy whipping cream, diced tomatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the meat back to the skillet along with linguini noodles. Stir to combine well and serve.
