Pudding Layer ~
2.5 cups milk
2 small packages butterscotch instant pudding
Whipped Cream Layer ~
1 cup heavy cream
3 Tbls powdered sugar
Toppings (optional) ~
Butterscotch ice cream topping
Chocolate bar, shaved
