Blooming Quesadilla Ring




YOU’LL NEED :

  • ° Chicken breast cut into cubes: ¾ 1 kilo (750 g)
  • ° Tortilla bread: 12 loaves
  • ° Cheddar cheese: 1 cup,about 200 g (grated)
  • ° Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup, about 200 g (grated)
  • ° Onion: 1 medium (finely chopped)
  • ° Oil: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • ° Butter: 1 tablespoon, about 12.5 g (at room temperature)
  • ° Chicken spices: 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • ° Paprika: ½ 1 teaspoon (2.5 g)
  • ° Garlic powder: ½ 1 teaspoon (2.5 g)
  • ° Salt and black pepper

STEPS TO MAKE IT :

STEP 1 :
First, heat the oil a little on a medium heat. Afterwards, add the butter, and stir until it melts.

STEP 2 :
You’ll want to add chicken, salt, black pepper, allspice, paprika, and garlic, and stir well until the chicken becomes golden brown.

STEP 3 :
Immediately cover the pot, and leave the chicken on a low heat until it becomes tender and the liquids dry, it takes around 20 minutes.

STEP 4 :
Make sure to roll out the tortilla, then put the chicken on half of the loaf.

STEP 5 :
The two types of cheese should be spread over the chicken at this stage. And please fold the loaf to make a semicircle.

STEP 6 :
You’ll want to heat a non-stick frying pan, then place the quesadilla in the skillet.

STEP 7 :
Okay now, place a frying pan or saucepan over the loaf. And please leave until the cheese melts, it takes around 2 minutes.

STEP 8 :
You can then turn the loaf on the other side, and leave it for 2 minutes. Once done, cut the loaf in half, then place the sandwiches on serving dishes. Finally, serve hot with the salad
