Beans Cooked with Ham Hock




This soup can be made with little or no time, and is top notch overnight. Bring the night inside to consume on the next day’s drawing, warm it up for a few minutes inside the microwave and it’s ready to go !

* ingredients :

° 1 huge jar of cooked white beans
° 1 green onion
° 1 clove garlic
° 1 sausage
° Few slices of pork
° salt
° oil
° A few parts of green pepper
° 1 dessert spoon of paprika
° 1 dried cayenne pepper
° 1 bay leaf
° Dried garlic

* Steps :

In a saucepan, put the olive oil and fry the onions, garlic and green peppers until they are well cooked.
Take out the beans from pot & putting them in bloodless water with help of a colander.

When the sauce turns golden, load the ham and sausage reduce into small portions plus the paprika, stir in the beans and a couple of water, if it no longer hides the beans, you can add a little more water.
Adding warm pepper, bay leaf, salt & dried garlic. Leave it cool on medium heat to it begins to develop until it thick and you also begin to see a variety of beans.

If you don’t want the bite, don’t load chili, in case you want a high seasoning inside the center of the cooking process, you can taking it out.
