Ingredients

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crushed graham crackers and toast until golden, stirring frequently.
- Form the cookie dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheets. Gently press a few pieces of the toasted graham crackers and a marshmallow half into the top of each dough ball. Sprinkle with a little flaky sea salt, if using.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the marshmallows are lightly toasted.
- Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
