This delicious, rustic Amish casserole is an economical recipe that makes 8 to 10 servings. Easy to make and freeze recipe!

500g pasta of your choice (16 ounces)
1 TB of extra virgin olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 tons of crushed garlic
750g lean beef (1 1/2 pounds)
600g (22.6oz) canned condensed tomato soup
600g canned mushroom soup, condensed (22.6 ounces)
1 cup milk (250 ml / 8.45 fl oz)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 ton of paprika
1/2 ton of dried parsley

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) – spray a large oven dish with cooking spray.
Cook the pasta in a large pot according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft – add minced meat and cook until soft.
Once the pasta is al dente – drain it and return it to the pot.
Add the cooked meat, tomato soup, mushrooms and milk to the pasta – stir well – season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to prepared oven dish – sprinkle with paprika and parsley – bake for 25-30 minutes.
