Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes

Ingredients :

1 Box yellow cake mix.

1 Can sliced pineapple, drain the juice, and reserve it for later.

12 maraschino cherries.

1 cup packed brown sugar.

1/2 cup canola oil.

1/3 cup melted butter.

3 larges eggs.

Steps :

Stage 1:I preheated the stove to 350 degrees F.

Stage 2:I cut pineapple cuts into little pieces.

Stage 3:I blend the cake blend in with oil, saved squeezes, and eggs, each in turn, and I beat after every expansion with an electric blender for 4 minutes.

Stage 4:In a different bowl, I consolidated the softened spread with pressed earthy colored sugar, and I added 2 tablespoons of this blend in every biscuit cup, put over the combination pineapple pieces, maraschino cherries parts, and 3 tablespoons of the hitter.

Stage 5:I prepared the cupcakes for 22 to 28 minutes and eliminated them from the broiler when they change the variety to a brilliant brown.Serve warm with espresso, it’s the most ideal way for serving them for me. I genuinely want to believe that you partake in your end of the week!
